The role

Executive Search involves you dealing with the most senior and exclusive hires; you will gain access to a variety of interesting clients as well as industry-leading figures.

Whilst this role is challenging, it is also extremely rewarding.

A typical day asan Executive Search includes the following:

Market mapping -Identify the key movers and shakers across the market

Headhunting -Be proactive; target the best even if they already have great jobs

What we are looking for?

University Degree from a top University 2:1 or higher
12 years experience in a commercial environment
Strong communication skills; spoken and written
Soft skills: leadership, adaptability, problemsolving, and ability to build relationships
Ambition to succeed and overachieve
