    Job introduction:We are looking for a Team Leader to assist the Debt Recovery Manager with the leadership and management of the Penalty Charge Notice Team.

About the role:


You will be involved with all operational issues and day to day running of the PCN Appeals service, this will include managing staff, overseeing the day to day operation of the of appeals through to the referral to external agents.


You will also be expected to deal with corporate complaints and support the team in the office ensuring the smooth running of the service.


Additional information:

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
