Successful applicants will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at The Wesley Building, Redruth on 8th December 2023.This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an outstanding service (as rated by the CQC).
You will be responsible for providing quality interventions and support to our patients; this will be provided in 1:1 and group setting, aimed at supporting and empowering people.
This will range from supporting with personal care tasks to moving on from hospital and accessing community facilities and much more in between.
You must be able to communicate in a sensitive manner. You will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary Team.

To Support the delivery of care and support needs by carrying out assigned tasks involving direct care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high quality mental health care to the service users to promote recovery in a manner that maintains safety for all.
