As a Quality Engineer for an established Optical Manufacturing Company, you will be ensuring that all materials and manufactured products meet quality standards.

You will handle Non Conformance reports, investigating quality issues, internally and externally,produce dimensional reports and advising on changes to technical drawings.

What you will be doing:

Inspecting incoming materials
Ensuring that all specifications of components, assemblies and prototypes are adhered too through out the manufacturing process
Operate and program of CMM, gauges and other metrology devices to carry out inspections
Produce dimensional reports to the engineering team and vendors
Producing CMM measurement programs or new and modified parts

Use RCA

Root Cause Analysis to implement corrective actions for internal processes

Handle NCR

Non Conformance Reports, quality issued and approving relative steps to ensure resolutions and all concerned are updated
Recommend technical drawing changes
Coordinating with the production teams on quality issues
