Team Lead (Guest Service and Sales)

Store Manager


Job Overview
You will consistently deliver customer service that ensures customers come back time and time again. In addition to leading by example, you will coach and develop the team to improve customer service and ATV's.

You will deputize for the Store Manager with running the daily operations of the restaurant and compliance with Company standards in areas of operations.

Helping to ensure the highest quality products and service are delivered to each customer every time. Ensuring every customer receives an unbeatable desert experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Consistently demonstrate customer service that encourages customers to come back time and time again.
  • Promote a customerfocused team and environment
  • Promote the culture and values of Kaspa's
  • Motivate and inspire the team
  • Following cash control/security procedures and maintaining stock
  • Promote a safe working and customer experience environment
  • Maintain all aspects of Health and Safety, ensuring compliance with company safety and security policies
  • Promote fast, accurate service, positive customer experience, and ensure products are consistent with company/brand quality standards
  • Help ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Support and encourage staff to achieve common goals
  • Make recommendation to Store Manager to identify any problems, concerns and areas for improvement in operations and staff
  • Promote the success of the company
  • Other duties, that are required commensurate with the role.


This role is based on c30-40 hours a week, it routinely requires evening (trading until 10.30pm daily) and weekend working.

You will be required to support the store manager with deliveries from time to time.

There is no public transport available after closing, so whilst a drivers licence and a car are not needed for the role itself, relying on public transport is not possible.


Salary:
From £11.25 per hour

  • Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
  • Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 5 years (required)
  • Management: 1 year (required)

  • Driving Licence (required)
