As a Sale Support Administrator, you will effectively support the business by focusing on the administrative and process-related requirements of Data Renewals, Sales & Repairs and general administration support.

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

Sales Administration Support

Data Renewals
Sales and Repair Administration
Reception duties including greeting visitors, organise and order refreshments, buffets, setting up meeting rooms
General admin duties which may be allocated from time to time as and when required.

Support Team Assistance

Provide live telephone support to customers experiencing problems with software products.
Log internal and external support calls on Jira within SLA bound response times assign the calls to the relevant support team.
Creation of Customer Weekly & Monthly Service Reports.
Handling of calls within SLA bound response times and providing a high level of care to the customer that exceeds expectations
Past experience in an administration support position
Good work ethic, commitment to role with a candowilldo approach
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Be resilient and empathetic
Flexible and adaptable
