sales and lettings assistant

part time sales and lettings assistant - 25 hours per week.

Working three days per week (9am to 5:30pm) plus every third Saturday (9am to 2pm). There maybe the option to increase these hours, please highlight what days/hours you are available in your CV.

£13,825 pa (equivalent to £22,400 pro rata)

The position may suit someone that wants to get away from the corporate world. We are a small agency that doesn't set targets. If we all work well together and provide excellent customer service, everyone is happy.


Example duties will be:

  • General call answering
  • Replying to daily online enquiries
  • Arranging viewings
  • Obtaining viewer feedback and passing this to landlords/vendors
  • Organising tenant inspections and updating our database once the lettings manager has made her visits
  • Booking plumbers and electricians to keep our rental property certificates up to date
  • Scanning and uploading contractor invoices into our database
  • Typing inventories

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24.17 per week


Salary:
£13,825.00 per year
