We are recruiting an experienced Administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide project and administrative support to the project teams Partners.

You will work with on a part-time basis based at our Cambridge office working Monday - Friday. We are flexible with regards to the hours you wish to work.

The role would ideally be suited to somebody who could work between 10am and 2pm each day, or a morning/ afternoon each day.

This role will support the successful delivery of projects to time, budget and the standard required.

For this role, you should have experience working as part of a team. You will be a strong Administrator who is organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Your ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines with ensure your success in this role.


It is essential you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Role and Responsibilities:
You will be providing a full range of executive and team support / administrative duties including co-ordinating and collating relevant information for Equity Partners and data for colleagues:

  • Provide an excellent, efficient, and responsive service for all people who contact the team reflecting the Ridge quality
  • Assist with organising social and marketing events
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documents, submissions, and presentation documents
  • Be first point of contact for client queries
  • Assist with the production of marketing submissions
  • Own client account management raising fee invoices and managing outstanding client invoices
  • Project and framework management
  • Book travel arrangements for staff and Partners
  • Plan and organise weekly team meetings for the team
  • Complete quality assurance checks for documents being issued to clients. Ensuring they are in the Ridge agreed format
  • Own document management / control
  • Post and manage social media platforms

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Ability to work proactively and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office 36
  • Experience of using social media
