Your role at Orbit.
Fantastic opportunity for an engaging trainer to be an integral part of our Customer Hub team. We are looking for someone to drive and deliver key training to our customer facing staff. You will be working with new starters, leading on induction, and upskilling current members of staff. You will be focused on continuous improvement and be able to challenge and develop key processes.

Working from our Customer Hub, you will deliver bespoke training to ensure service levels can be met.

You will work with the business and key stakeholders to gain feedback and data to develop and improve on training delivery and business practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships internally will be key.


We are looking for someone with experience of designing and delivering training in a contact centre environment and with a track record of process improvements.


What will help you make a difference.

  • Experience of implementing an effective process of evaluation for a range of learning and development interventions and manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
  • Ability to plan, design, implement and organise delivery, and evaluation of a range of learning and development solutions
  • Strong, effective negotiation, influencing, challenging and facilitation skills
  • Experience of continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Excellent IT skills, (using a variety of Microsoft Applications and other IT platforms) numeracy
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and present complex information including business writing and reporting skills
  • Strong experience of driving forward and delivering initiatives in a complex environment within tight deadlines to an excellent standard
  • Experience of proactively delivering effective working relationships within a varied customer and partner group both internally and externally.
  • Experience of effectively managing people either through experience or management training.
  • Experience in designing and delivery training in a contact centre environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate the importance of positioning the right journey for new employees, to deliver on ambition, objectives, and values. The importance of engagement and communication which future proofs employees to do the right thing at the right time driving excellent results and influences service delivery
  • CIPD qualified or relevant training qualification, with demonstrable training experience
