Salary up to £35,000

My client is an award winning consultancy firm that delivers high quality energy and sustainability advice to the property and construction industries.

Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for an exciting IES Modler role based remotely.

To be considered for this IES Modler role you will:

Have experience of using IESVE software (essential)
Be computer literate and have a good level of general education, particularly in Maths, Science and English
Have an ability to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings
Be able to selfmanage multiple tasks each day
Have experience working with clients
Have excellent communication skills
Be a team player
Be selfmotivated and able to deal with a fastmoving, highpressure environment
Have a full clean driving licence

Working as an IES Modler you will be:

Running Part L assessments for non-domestic buildings and modelling options to ensure compliance
Producing building models using IESVE
Running dynamic and simplified overheating risk assessments as well as modelling mitigation methods
Liaising with colleagues and clients to ensure all project objectives are met
