Support Worker (PT) LS23

We work alongside the NHS to provide excellent hospital-to-community discharge as well as providing private care. Our clients have a broad range of physical and learning difficulties, complex health and behavioural issues.

This is an opportunity to care for a young lady in

LS23, our client wishes to have a small team of carers who can provide care and companionship.


_ This would be ideal for someone who is local to the area and is looking for part-time hours and is able to drive the clients manual car._
The shifts available are every Saturday 8am to 4pm and alternate Sunday night shift 8pm to 8am.


The role will involve:


  • Supporting our client with all aspects of personal care including washing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Administering medication in a way appropriate for the client.
  • Preparing meals for our client where necessary.
  • Providing companionship to our client, engaging them in indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Have good listening and communication skills.
  • Have empathy for clients' situations.
  • Be committed to working as part of a team.
  • Be physically fit and in good health.
  • Be happy to work in a diverse multicultural society.
  • Be aware of the varied needs of people in the community.
  • Be reliable this is essential as people's lives are affected by our service.
  • Be willing to do mandatory training and updates as required.
