Role Purpose:


As a Hire Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Logistics Team and Drivers Team by handling administration tasks and maintaining essential documentation.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that repair and hire bikes are collected and delivered within specific SLA guidelines, contributing to the professional image of our company.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Print New Delivery and Collection Instructions: Print out new delivery and collection instructions using our internal systems. This task involves handling a high volume of instructions daily.

Work with Third Party Agents: Coordinate with third-party agents to facilitate the release of bikes. Utilize our Proclaim database to check bike readiness and manage release processes.

Repair Bikes: Set up tasks for the logistics team to return repaired bikes to customers.

Maintain Logistics Diary: Update and maintain the logistics diary with a rolling 3-month availability, including scheduling daily routes for drivers and managing holidays for logistics and driving teams.


Knowledge and Experience:


  • 12 years of administration experience.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Proficient in using phones and confident in speaking to people.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Calm under pressure with a desire to support team members.
  • Excellent communication skills.
