Customer Service Executive - Trowbridge, United Kingdom - JUICE RECRUITMENT
Description
Juice is looking for a Customer Service/Administration professional to join a financial services company in Trowbridge.
No prior office-based experience is needed But you would need to possess excellent communication and time-management skills, be confident, proactive and possess good IT skills.
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- To establish the customer's reason for calling and help with any queries they have.
- To support by conducting a review of customers bank statements
- To work within agreed policies and procedures, and will receive quality assurance checks
- Supporting with general administration and keeping internal CRM system up to date
- Ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Personable and professional
- Quick learner
- Be flexible and adaptable with your approach
- Be customer focused
- Competent IT skills

Job Types:
