Key Responsibilities:
Review the content of incoming patient related correspondence Identify relevant coding and action points Code the clinical information on to the patient record following practice protocols Identify and refer any clinical actions to the relevant clinical team Flag any safeguarding issues to the relevant clinical team member Undertake or refer any administrative action as appropriate Ensure documents are filed accurately to the correct patient record Identify and implement workflow process improvements Be responsible for sharing processes and improvements with members of the management and admin team
