THE ROLE

This exciting position as a Customer Experience Executive, within the digital marketing department, encompasses various aspects of the entire customer journey.

We seek someone who possesses a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for their customers and can pinpoint areas for enhancement in all processes.

THE PERSON

Enthusiastic about enhancing the customer experience.
Preferably, possess an interest in the gambling industry.
Find joy in actively listening to customers and identifying areas of improvement.
Experienced in working with customer insights and enhancing their experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel strong Excel and analytical skills are preferred.
Capable of taking initiative.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Able to maintain composure and meticulous attention to detail when working under pressure.
Skilled at prioritizing work effectively to meet defined deadlines.
