- Advise internal and external hiring managers to ensure optimal recruitment outcomes.
- Identify and drive process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize market trends and data to advise on hiring strategies, anticipating and addressing bottlenecks.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent pools across key regions to secure access to top talent.
- Own key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, driving continuous improvement.
- Forecast hiring needs and strategically plan for upcoming talent deployments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for major account clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
- Manage recruitment requirements, ensuring the right talent is assigned and SLAs are met.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring smooth processes.
- Partner with Account Managers to forecast hiring needs and establish robust talent pipelines.
- Work with Community Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of top talent.
- Champion a solutions-oriented culture, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Manage onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with relevant points of contact and client needs.
- Negotiate contract extensions with current Remobi team members.
- Oversee contract extension execution via the Remobi Dashboard.
- Ensure all Remobi deployments meet compliance standards, collaborating with finance and legal teams.
- Leverage data analytics to improve processes and elevate the candidate experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years leading recruitment for major accounts or large-scale tech projects.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Familiarity with nearshore tech talent markets and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
