Material Planner (Automotive)
£40,000 - £44,000 + Progression + 34 Days Holiday + Healthcare + Bonus + 12% Pension
Commutable from Cowbridge, Barry, Cardiff, Monknash and surrounding areas
Are you looking to play a leading role within the material planning team of an Automotive manufacturer at the forefront of leading technologies? Do you want to work for a company who are regarded as pioneers of style, design, quality and innovation?

You will one of to go-to Planners, heading up material scheduling, managing budgets, auditing suppliers and providing leadership to the planning team.

This position would suit a Materials Planner or similar, who is looking for a challenging and varied role, heading up material scheduling for a house hold name.


DUTIES:


  • Material scheduling
  • Reduce waste, work to budgets, increase efficiencies, improve profitability, cut wastage
  • Step into a senior Lead role, overseeing junior planners and leading from the front
  • Audit supplier performance

PERSON:


  • Previously worked as a Production or Materials Planner within manufacturing
  • Ability to step into a senior role and lead from the front
