The role:

Building and leading a team of Recruitment Consultants (optional)
Recruiting, training, developing and mentoring staff members
Working in a 360degree recruitment role
You will be responsible in leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities as well as primarily obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales
Following up on client leads
Assessing team performance
Being aware of market trends and competitors
Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires coworkers and clients to grow the business
Building relationships with new clients
