As a Responsible Business Administrator, you will support the Responsible Business (RB) Heads of Partnership and Corporate Consultancy and Head of Reporting & Engagement to deliver the RB framework and support SJP in our ambition to be a leading responsible business.


This individual will build positive relationships within the RB division and key collaborators and will be a champion of RB values and behaviours.


What you'll be doing:


  • Support with core office management support
  • Act as a link between the 'Heads of' and team members
  • Manage agreed projects and initiatives
  • Maintain processes and practises in alignment with company policies and operate in a collaborative style with key individuals and colleagues across the business
  • Coordinate initiatives with other teams from the wider the business
  • Sustain a strong and close working relationship with team members to provide proactive assistance/support where appropriate

Who we're looking for:


  • Prior experience in a Coordinator, Administrator or PA role is essential
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communicator with a 'can do' demeanour and able to work collaboratively, with a positive, helpful and friendly manner across a multidisciplined team
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, changing environment and respond proactively to changes in priorities
  • Excellent time management, planning and interpersonal skills; able to prioritise a range of tasks for people at various levels and deliver in a timely manner
  • Outstanding attention to detail and confidentiality
  • An understanding of compliance/regulatory/FCA/data protection is desirable but not crucial

Special Requirements:

Some occasional business travel may be required to attend meetings/conferences.
