Provides hands on HR management of the employee life cycle, the related Policy and Procedures as well as the advisory related to performance.
It ensures a proactive approach to advising managersin the key areas of people management.Ultimately the role will enable delivery of a first class HR service and advisory service to fit the needs of the Company.
HR Manager main duties will include:
- HR team management
- The advisory team
- The admin team
- Management of the Procedure and programmes
- HR communications and Reporting

Location:
The role at the Head Office in St Albans, located in the City Centre a short walk from the mainline train station.
Parking is available on site.Please note that whilst the role is based in St Albans, attendance in the office is 2 days per week and 3 days at home.
Please note that initial training may require a higher ratio of days in the office.Contract Type:
Permanent
Hours:
Full Time, 37.5 hrs p/w Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
Salary:
up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus 15% potential bonus
Benefits: 27 days holiday increasing to 30 with service, pension and life cover
