Description

20 hours per week to be worked over 5 shifts, Mon - Fri, worked within practice core hours of 8am until 6.30pm.

Main duties of the job

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone

Overview of your organisation

Our team consists of 2 GP Partners, 3 salaried GP, 1 nurses, 1 Health Care Assistant, 1 Clinical Care Coordinator, 7 receptionists, 2 Secretaries, 1 Clinical Coder and a Practice Manager.
