£22,250 Per Annum

Longevity: 6 months (Could be extended)
Hours: 8am - 4pm - Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)
Temporary Vacancy
Flowers Associates are looking for a Returns Administrator in Desford on a long-term temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to join a successful team in a friendly and fast paced environment. You will need a flexible approach with a strong commitmentto delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:


The main purpose of the role is to manage all incoming Claims & returns enquiries and to be the voice of the customers within the organisation, identifying root causes of issues and customer dissatisfaction.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the following duties but, not limited to:

  • First point on contact for all enquires relating to Returns.
  • Will liaise directly with Clients and Ops where needed.
  • Will monitor and maintain the clients Sharefile
  • Will review each backorder lines to ensure there is an open line on SAP
  • Will raise all relevant returns against the original return reference on Account #MRC01 and
  • PDF these over to Production Control no later than 1pm daily.
  • Will update the internal tracker daily
  • Backorder cancellations will be carried out daily.
  • Any orders which are restricted, must be released
Order Book needs to be updated to keep track for our internal purpose
Experience/Skills

  • Min 1 year in Contact Centre/administrative/customer facing environment
  • Customer Service focused with right Servicetime protocols
  • Ability to work in a team or on own initiative
  • Good team player, excellent problemsolving skills
  • Flexible in approach; selfstarter & highly motivated
  • Microsoft proficient [Word, Excel, Access, Outlook etc.,]
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and defuse difficult situations.
  • Excellent telephony skills
