Our client, a highly reputable care home in Liverpool L8, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their compassionate team.

The care home, rated "Good" by CQC, provides exceptional care.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Lead:

Utilize a strong clinical skillset and lead the nursing team.
Demonstrate prior management experience or experience in leading a small team.
Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Passion for promoting best nursing practices and the ability to train, support, and mentor others.
Encourage positive working relationships within the team.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
