Job Title - Receptionist/ Administrator
Salary - £18000+ Pro rata Negotiable depending on experience
Location - You will be based at our Coleraine office, however you may be required to travel to other office location when required
About the role

The role will be focussed on customer service. You'll be helping Mortgage Advisers process their business compliantly and ensure it progresses as required.You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure they are always kept fully informed throughout their mortgage journey.
To carry out the service, your day-to-day routine could involve dealing with customers, mortgage and protection advisers, mortgage lenders and protection providers, estate agents, valuers, builders and solicitors.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
- customer update calls.
- New business generation tasks.
- dealing with general customer queries.
- answering inbound customer calls.
- meeting daily activity targets.
- working within a team to take on administrative duties.
- dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.
