Teaching Assistant

Location:
North Manchester


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in North Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and contribute to their educational journey.

Provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in classroom activities.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.

Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.

Supervise students during class, break times, and extracurricular activities.

Collaborate effectively with the teaching team and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students.


Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

A genuine passion for education and a desire to support the academic and personal development of students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.

Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.

Flexibility and adaptability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
