Care Assistants to join our fabulous home care team here in Solihull, on a permanent full time or part time basis.

We are looking for kind and compassionate people who are interested in caring for the elderly and vulnerable, in their own homes within our community.

We care about the people who use our service and our staff therefore quality of service is paramount whilst balancing the home work life setting for our staff.

We are looking for Home Care Assistants in Solihull to work:
7am-3pm (Drivers only) including alternative weekends

3pm-10pm (Drivers only) including alternative weekends

Previous experience as a
Care Assistant is desirable but NOT essential since all training needs will be provided for you, including gaining a diploma in Health and Social Care.

We are NOT able to offer Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship with this role

You MUST already have the right to live and work in the UK

Requirements:

To have empathy and understanding
To be reliable and willing to work for the best interests of the people we care for
To be able to communicate effectively and professionally
To be a driver (with your own transport)
