Investment Administrators are one of the first points of contact for dealing with queries from our clients as well as providing timely and valuable admin support to our Investment Managers and Executives.
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients.
- Producing documentation for Investment Managers to provide to their clients such as Review Packs and Investment Proposals.
- Providing clients and/or their agents with information and reports about their portfolios.
- Administering requests from solicitors for Confirmation valuations and documentation required for subsequent share sales.
- Processing the movement of funds between accounts.
We work in a regulated industry, so you will need a high attention to detail to ensure that our records are kept up to date and avoid any possible regulatory breaches.
Whilst previous industry experience is desirable, it would be beneficial to hold at least a good awareness and knowledge of our industry and the regulatory environment we work in.

Once you are settled into the role, you will be able to take on more responsibility within the team, including taking on more complex queries and learning more about how the rest of the team functions.
Redmayne Bentley provides support for colleagues to achieve industry standard CISI qualifications, if that is something they wish to do.
Typically, our administrators would start on the Level 3 Investment Operations Certificate, which provides them with a deep understanding of our industry, FCA regulations and how our firm operates.
