Senior Manager / Fund Controller

Salary:
£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus
A boutique Real Estate & Private Equity Fund Administrator is looking to onboard a Senior Manager.

The business is going through a significant growth period having won a number of key clients from its competitors due to the high quality service and expertiseit offers to its clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is in a critical growth phase.

Responsible for managing the existing team to deliver best in class services, whilst also expanding the team as the business's client base continues to grow.

You wouldbe one of three Senior Managers and be a key figure head for the business liaising directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight of the fund services team, including: team development, performance management, recruitment and training
Support the client Director in acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering firstclass services
Organising team workflows; review and allocation of internal resources
Support the Director to enhance the business's service offering, identifying areas of risk and opportunity
Develop a strong understanding of the businesses internal procedures ensuring adherence
Minimum 4 years post qualification experience (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
2 / 3 years in a management or supervisory role
Real Estate or Private Equity experience is essential
Strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP
