This is a fantastic opportunity within a leading legal heavyweight's respected Commercial Litigation Team with a focus on property recoveries.

If you are looking to advance your career and have exposure to a wide variety of both defender and pursuer work within a fantastic and supportive team within a firm who offers real flexibility, this role gives you all of this and then some.

Whilst this role is initially on a fixed term basis there is scope for it to become permanent and indeed the firm, this team, take a genuine interest in the future development and retention of their team members.

Ideally you shall be someone who has previous experience of property recoveries (not essential as training shall be given), be you will be commercially astute in terms of your approach to reaching settlement, you shall also be familiar with case managementsystems and have exceptional organisational and communication skills.

You will manage your own caseloadofgeneral recoveries undertaking predominantly small claims litigation with task based work on simple procedure and ordinary cause claims, this shall include:

Undertaking preliminary investigations and evidence gathering.
Drafting letters and reports to clients.
Negotiating damages and legal expenses with third party loss adjusters, insurers and solicitors.
