The Role


Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be a key member of a small finance team, taking ownership of maintaining accurate records in Xero.

You will work closely with the manufacturing and operations teams to support alignment on key processes and information.


Responsibilities

  • Weekly multicurrency bank reconciliations for our global operation.
  • Maintain accurate accounts in Xero, working closely with the wider team.
  • Managing accounts payable inbox, dealing with internal and external accountsrelated queries.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly pay runs.
  • Manage daytoday finance admin and processes.
  • Support continuous improvement of the finance system and controls.
  • Minimum 1year experience in bookkeeping and accounting work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Accounting graduate or Part Qualified AAT, ACCA/CIMA.
  • Must have previous working experience in Xero.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate data and produce ad hoc reports.
