Contract and Shift details:
Permanent 48 hours per week. 3-week rotating pattern


Week 1 Friday, Saturday 6am -6pm Days, Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm Days


Week 2 starting Sunday 6pm this is a 6pm-6am night shift for 6 nights

Have you got Team Leader experience gained in a manufacturing, production or milling environment and looking for a role where you can develop your management experience? If so, join us today


Manging a production shift team of 3 you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the shift meet production KPI's while supporting, improving, and contributing to CI activities, team performance and development.


Some other key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring production targets are met and KPI's are achieved with optimum plant throughput
  • Managing the teams 1:1s including supporting development and training requirement
  • Ensuring development plans are in place and any compliance or process changes are communicated and rolled
  • Ensuring cross training activities are completed to achieve a fully cross trained team to a high skill level
  • Ensuring HSE, Quality and Feed safety processes and activities are being followed and completed to a high standard
  • Supporting production teams and site management teams with investigations, continuous improvement activities and being part of the 5S system
  • Work with other site functions and teams to understand or communicate production demands/challenges


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of production team leadership looking for a role where you can continue to progress with your own development in management as well as contributing to site improvement activities that will positively impact production.

To be successful we are looking for the following knowledge, skills, and experience

  • Team leader in manufacturing, production or milling environment
  • Ability to problem solve, communicate at all levels while prioritising safety, quality, and production
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office word and excel + bespoke manufacturing systems
  • Lean, CI and 5S would be beneficial but not essential

Our Enstone Mill is in a rural part of Oxfordshire with minimum access to public transport, therefore you will need your own transport to be able to access the site.
