ADMINISTRATOR
A super new vacancy for an efficient and capable Administrator has just landed. Based in Frimley this is a busy, varied administrative role offering long term development and progression in the future.
Salary £23-25K depending on experience + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Administrator include,

  • Administration (services tasks paperwork, reports, expenses, request for parts and stock, manage services database)
  • Creating services invoices
  • Creating services quotes and converting orders
  • Updating and sending contracts renewal letters
  • Coordinate contracts communications
  • Providing sales administration support
The ideal Administrator will need the following,

  • Previous office based administrative experience
  • Good MS office skills
  • Confident verbal/written communications skills essential
  • Be super organised and efficient
Hours - 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-3.30pm Friday
