The position will take a leading role in ensuring that NHSBSAs regional strategy and activities are successfully achieved so that the NHSBSA remains efficient and effective.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Opportunities, we want your strategic mindset, proven ability to build robust, authentic relationships, collaborate effectively & create positive and productive team culture to ensure NHSBSA is in prime strategic and tactical positioning to achieve our goals and aims.

Although home-based, you will be required to travel across London and the South East to attend events and meetings.
The Regional Partnership Lead will develop a deep understanding and robust relationships across the region, including Integrated Care Systems and NHS Regional teams.
The lead will use these relationships to identify how NHSBSA can best support regional and local systems, spread the word about the fantastic services we offer, and share insight back into the organisation to support the development of our services and ambitions.

In this role you are accountable for:
Working with the Head of Partnerships and Opportunities ensure there is a robust strategy and plan for the Region, ensuring the direction and performance of personnel is delivered and managed in order for the NHSBSA to achieve its vision, retention and growth targets as well as contribute to the development of the organisation's strategic and annual business plans.
Acting as a senior manager of the Partnerships and Opportunities team and wider business team, work within the corporate governance framework and demonstrate the values and capabilities of the organisation and ensuring that the NHSBSA meets its statutory and legislative obligations.
As a senior member of the Partnerships and Opportunities team and wider business playing an active and collaborative role in the effective management and achievement of the goals of the NHS Business Services Authority, recognising the significant impact that the NHSBSA's activities has on many people and services within the NHS.
Developing and implementing appropriate Partnerships and Engagement strategies, models, and methodologies in the nominated Region/s to actively manage activities across the NHSBSA and partners ensuring the brand and reputation of NHSBSA is optimally positioned at all times.
