Description

My clients are a student accommodation provider and are looking to recruit a customer service advisor/Receptionist who can start asap to assist with various duties.

between the hours of 07:00-22:00 (8 HOUR SHIFT) Based in Southampton. Immediate start

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering switchboard and redirected calls in a timely fashion and redirected accurately and in a timely manner
Room inspections and any other help needed around the accommodation
Providing a friendly welcome to visitors, dealing efficiently with the signing in process and advising staff of their arrival
Maintaining the Reception area as a tidy and welcoming environment
Maintaining effective security of the office premises
Carrying out Viewings
Patrolling the building
Receiving courier parcels and arranging internal dispatch in a timely fashion, advising staff promptly of receipt of a parcel or delivery
Any other ad hoc duties as required
