The opportunity

Main duties

Offer general advice, points of contact and guidance on all services
Update client portals
Regularly provide updates to clients
Log incoming and outgoing calls or correspondence
Provide administrative support to Engineers and other colleagues
Input data onto systems in a diligent and conscientious manner
Liaise with suppliers to source required service items
Ensure that service works are completed within the expected SLAs
Manage incidents from initial fault to resolution

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Strong attention to detail and able to multitask
Able to work in a busy, fastpaced environment
Experience using Microsoft office tools
