Role Overview

The key focus of the role is to implement the strategy for prioritising the teams' workflows to ensure potential liability claims against the business are negated.

It is to ensure the teams are working as efficiently as possible together using smart data integration and to ensure we have the right level of resource in place to deliver a great service to the Property Management division.

The role will require working closely with the Director in charge of Savills Energy and the Heads of Teams.

It will also require working closely with the audit, escalation and training team to understand lessons learned and to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Team Overview

The Energy team sits within the Savills Property Management Division and provides an energy bureau and procurement service to the Property Management client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the Operations team, comprising the query management, portfolio management (COTs) and Bill validation teams.
Working with the Director in charge to develop the strategy for the business and to implement this strategy.
Working with the Head of Client Management to agree on a way of working to ensure the client delivery team can provide great customer service.
Overseeing the prioritisation and scheduling of each team as follows to ensure the biggest liability risks are removed
