Project Coordinator - Nottingham, United Kingdom - NXGEN
Description
NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for an expanding inventory and IT spare distribution business based in Nottingham.
Your main purpose will be to support both internal and external live projects and the transition of new customer contract wins into a live operational service.
This is an important role in the business and you will liaise with internal and external stakeholder to help keep projects on track and the correct processes and procedures are being implemented.
You will produce project reports, maintain project logs (risks, etc) and utilise existing PMO documentation to coordinate and bring together the project.
- Coordinating the lifecycle of a project with teams of 215 people across multiple teams and departments
- Transitioning projects into a live service operation
- Updating and maintaining project plans and risk and issue logs, etc
- Resource coordination
- Strong MS skills including MS Project and Excel
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working with 3rd party suppliers
In return the company is offering a salary of £29,000 plus benefits including share option plan, pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and many many more health and wellbeing benefits.
