As a Band 5 RMN at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs.

You will work as part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment and support during their time at Lynfield Mount Hospital.


Throughout your temporary placement, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of nursing duties, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing therapeutic interventions.

You will work closely with patients, their families, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that meets the individual needs of each patient.


Working as a Band 5 RMN at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work well under pressure.

You must be able to build rapport with patients and demonstrate sensitivity and understanding towards their mental health needs.

Additionally, you must be able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high standards of care.


During your shifts at Lynfield Mount Hospital, you will be expected to adhere to the Trust's policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure that patient care is well-documented and monitored.

You will also be required to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as a mental health nurse.
