Responsibilities:


  • Accurately setting up new motor claims and setting clear expectations of the service journey with the customer as well as proactively gathering evidence to support the claims.
  • Making decisions on the validity of the claims and to decide if hire can be provided.
  • Identify and investigate potential fraudulent claims.
  • Communicating clearly and effectivly to our brokers and customers.
  • Provide advice to claimants on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Review and analyse relevant documentation and evidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claimsrelated activities.

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential and you will need to have previous experience in dealing with motor claims or at least motor insurance industry experience.

Immediate Start Required.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
