My client, who is a dynamic and innovative service provider, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer** to permanently join their team in the Maidstone office

You'll be consistently hands-on going into the warehouses and offices to fix hardware issues and assist in the testing and implementation of new systems alongside the IT Manager.

Responsibilities include:

*Providing high-end 1st and 2nd Line Support
*Trialling, deploying and evaluating new equipment
*Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
*Provide technical advice and guidance to customers
*Fix hardware issues on-site ranging from laptop builds to mobile devices
*Resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
*Be involved in project work
*Utilise your operational nature

Technical Skills Required:

1st / 2nd Line Support

*Good knowledge of Office 36- including administration
*Windows 10
*Hardware knowledge - including laptop builds
*MDM - specifically Android
*Good administration skills
*Customer Service skills
*Process-driven

Desirable Skills:

*ERP Systems
*ITIL qualification
*Windows Server
