To be successful at Springwood, Early Years Educators will...

Hold a "full and relevant" level 3 qualification for work as an early years educator, as recognised by Ofsted, and have significant day nursery experience

Demonstrate professionalism, customer care, and teamwork in all that they do, to deliver our Springwood Way of Working
Be committed to reflective practice and selfdevelopment
