Responsibilities
  • Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across incidents and service requests
  • Supporting Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365, Teams and Exchange
  • Managing joiners, movers and leavers
  • Installing and supporting laptops/desktops/ meeting room tech
