Description
PMO Coordinator/PMO Support/Project Coordinator/Project Support required by our Telecoms client to be based near Preston.

The main responsibilities of the PMO Coordinator will be to provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery of Projects by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to:


  • Document management
  • Planning
  • Risk management
  • Financial management
  • The project is based around Office 365, so experience working in this environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Experience of working within telecoms/utilities would be ideal
  • Experience of supporting projects focused around Microsoft Office 365 etc. specifically MS Excel.
  • Gathering data and providing reports for stakeholders, collection of information to update the project records, project plans, maintaining document control.
  • Setup/maintain a tool for all Project/Program documentation
  • Organisation of meetings

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
