Recruitment & Sales Trainer to join our dynamic International Team in the heart of London.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our future leaders and recruiting stars.


Responsibilities:

Training and Development: Take the lead in attracting, recruiting, and training entry-level team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the recruitment industry.

Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help individuals reach their full potential, guiding them towards becoming successful recruiters.

Curriculum Development: Create and maintain training programs, materials, and resources to keep our team up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Recruitment: Act as a role model by actively participating in the recruitment process, identifying and bringing in top talent to the organization.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a recruitment training role or a successful track record as a recruiter, demonstrating the ability to impart knowledge and skills effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their goals.
  • A passion for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure is a plus, but not mandatory.
