Accounts / Finance Manager with Hybrid working, Farnborough, £40-45k

This is an opportunity for an experienced Accounts / Finance Manager / Senior Bookkeeper to join a very successful and profitable SME distribution / export business based in Farnborough.

This is a stand-alone accounting role, responsible for the financial control of the company.

This will include preparation of month-end accounts, financial reporting, monthly VAT, control of all income, cash flow and expenditure - purchase ledger and salesledger processing, bank reconciliations etc.

Also, liaising with outside services for tax preparation, banking, foreign exchange, outsourced payroll etc., and liaising with the external accountant to ensure that all statutory responsibilities are met.

Andensuring that the company is adhering to the required financial regulations.

You will also be tracking the company's financial status and performance and supporting the Managing Director in identifying areas for potential improvement and in subsequent decision-making.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience (guide £40-45K). It's a 37.5h week. Hybrid working is optional (2 days remote if preferred). 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus additional discretional leave / reduced hours over the Christmas period. Freeonsite parking available.
