Prince Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a well know business that is based North of Telford. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work a 12-month fixed term contract.The main responsibilities of the role are to accurately and efficiently process and report on all financial transactions, to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and to undertake designated projects for the development of effective and efficient financial processes across the organisation.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining purchase ledger
- Maintaining sales ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Recording journal entries
- Ensuring the accuracy of information through monthly analysis and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts, reconciling general ledger accounts, income statements etc
- Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and reports
