We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable national training provider.This training provider offers a wide range of Apprenticeship Training Programmes and is rated as "Good" by Ofsted.
As a Director of Operations for Apprenticeships, you can expect to receive an amazing package which includes:

This position will manage a headcount of around 70 employees which will include Programmes Managers, Quality Assurance, Delivery and Administration support.
Role Description:
Operations Director of Apprenticeships
As a Director of Apprenticeships, you will be responsible for the operation, performance management and quality of the apprenticeship training provision.
You will work closely with the board of Directors to ensure growth is secured on a nationwide level and provide high-quality provision with excellent achievement rates.
Typical duties and responsibilities- Performance management of all operations to ensure that KPI's across the business are met.
- Oversee all curriculum areas to ensure that all learners receive a highquality of education and enjoy the learning experience, maximising the use of technology throughout the whole transformation process.
- To manage effective delivery models in the design and implementation of new learning programmes to ensure they are engaging, fit for purpose and contain the most uptodate content.
- To provide strategic and operational leadership of all delivery including line management of Programme Managers, Quality Managers and Head of Administration
- To support the implementation of Ofsted preparedness plans in collaboration with the other Directors
- Review MIS data regularly with Programme Managers to identify issues/potential issues and trends.
- Create and manage plans for action with Programme Managers to address issues and make improvements.
- Manage compliance related to ESFA requirements.
- Hold monthly 121s with the management team to maintain high levels of performance noted in timely achievement rates, progression rates and financial delivery of the organisations business.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed
- Recruitment to support business plan/company objectives.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of effective senior leadership, including the management of online delivery training programmes and remote teams within an apprenticeship educational setting.
- Broadbased knowledge and experience within Apprenticeships, alongside a comprehensive understanding and experience of Ofsted requirements and the Education Inspection Framework
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering on time to cost and quality requirements.
- Must be fully conversant with all ESFA funding streams and funding methodology
- Ideally be educated to a degree standard and hold a level 5 or above management qualification
- It would be highly desirable to have experience working for an Independent Training Provider at Senior Leadership level.
