Recruitment Specialist/Business Partner
Location - Based from our Tachbrook Park office with the ability to work hybrid

The role:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for a variety of roles across all levels under several business areas (both internal and external)
- Keeping up to date with market trends/different ways that we could be engaging with and attracting talent
- Proactively working alongside wider Talent and People Experience teams to understand current critical gaps, future talent gaps and create relevant actions plans to resolve
- Proactively support and advise managers in the delivery of recruitment campaigns and support them in the use of the Recruitment systems and processes
- Increase proactive direct sourcing activity through effective utilisation of various media channels, CV sourcing, use of networks, referrals etc
- Take responsibility in delivering to your KPI's and being proud to shout about it
- Drive improvement in our approach to the market through exploring innovative routes
- Research and support the implementation of tools and strategies that are market competitive, aligned to the Recruitment strategy framework and deliver value for money
- Drive improvement of ED&I representation both in attraction and across the business using inclusive recruitment practices
- Design, develop and champion best fit assessment processes and tools which enable recruiting managers to make fair and informed selection decisions. Review the effectiveness of assessment process and tools
- Work with our amazing Reward Team to ensure roles are evaluated and benchmarked as appropriate and within required timescales. Support this process by providing relevant insight from internal or external sources.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Solve problems by finding the root cause and supporting in driving the solution and that may need some out of the box thinking
