Description

We are currently looking for part time telephone sales Appeals Officer to join our friendly team based in our Braintree and Hatfield Peverel office.

This role is ideally suited to an individual who is looking to expand upon previous experience or a complete career change.

The Appeal Executive will be responsible for:

Ongoing outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Maintaining existing business
Achieve and exceed daily call and monthly sales targets
Build strong business relationships with both clients and colleagues

The Successful Applicant

Have an excellent telephone manner
Be available to work Mondays to Fridays
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have an ability to prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
Be flexible, targetdriven, with a proactive approach
Computer literate
Adopt a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure
Be able to adapt to the use of our bespoke databases

Hours: 9.15am - 2.15pm Monday - Friday

Salary OTE - £25,000 PA = Basic salary £13,546 PA plus commission + bonus

Full training given for this role in our Hatfield Peverel Office.
