Front of House / Office Coordinator

What you'll do
- Coordinate the schedule for meeting room bookings, organising catering, equipment, etc.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and guests
- Provide an exceptional front of house service
- Assist with the smooth running of internal meetings and events
- Screen incoming calls and redirecting them
- Maintain relationships with internal and external service providers and contractors
- Ensure that oversees guests have appropriate working spaces when visiting the London office
- Overflow PA support as needed
What you'll need
- Previous experience working in a Front of House / Admin role
- Experience working in a corporate environment desired
- Confidence and professionalism to deal with any high profile guests
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to multitask while working under pressure
- Demonstrable experience building trusted relationships with colleagues and key contacts
- A team player who is eager to uphold high standards of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
